About the Programmer
Christopher Reynolds is an artist, curator, and educator. He received his MFA from the California Institute of the Arts and his BA in fine art from the University of Southern California. He was part of the exhibition Around the Table: Food Creativity, Community at the San Jose Museum of Art, Mexicali Biennial 13 at the Vincent Price Art Museum at East Los Angeles College, and various public projects at the Grand Central Market. He exhibited solo and duo projects at STATION Gallery at University of Southern California, the Skirball Cultural Center (Los Angeles), the San Diego Museum of Man, Thank You For Coming (Los Angeles), and Los Angeles Eats Itself.
About the Program
Drawing on manipulative food marketing and consumption from a personal and communal perspective, Christopher Reynolds presents a site-specific installation in and around the pool at Valley Plaza. Sounds, scents, and performances complete the Baker-Miller, pink-hued experience.
